ABOUT ME

I began my fitness journey when, as an awkward and shy teenager, I joined a martial arts school to overcome shyness. Often being the smallest, weakest member of class I had to work hard at things that often came easy to my fellow classmates. After years of dedication however, I now hold ranks in two martial art systems, have extensive training in kickboxing and mixed martial arts and have competed in many martial arts tournaments.

It was through my tournament experience that I became interested in the science of exercise to reach my training goals. Combining my science background and interest in fitness I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, turning my part time interest in fitness into a full time profession.
